To ensure the best results and a smooth service, please note the following requirements:

• All garments must be washed and fully dried prior to collection.
  Please note: underwear is not accepted.

• Please place your items in bags, baskets, or boxes ready for collection.

• If you would like your garments returned on hangers, please provide your own.
  Otherwise, items will be neatly folded.

• All items are carefully checked for any existing damage before ironing.
  If we notice anything, we will inform you before we proceed.

• Once ironing is complete, we will contact you with the final price and confirm the delivery time.
